Class Descriptions

Boot Camp – This class utilizes kettle bells, ropes, med balls, stability balls, bands, bungees and tires, to name a few. Circuit training that is geared for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. In nice weather classes are conducted outdoors. Come prepared to work hard at your pace.

Boxercize – Learn real techniques and drills from one of the most classic sports - boxing. Included is jump rope work, abs and overall conditioning.

Cardio Lift – Here old school training meets new science. Pumping iron with dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, tires, etc. A 1 hour full body work out.

Camp360 Training – WHEN TRAINING IS YOUR SPORT - Camp360 Training is an intense fitness discipline and training system based on the core elements of sport performance. Athletic movement, core balance and strength. Individuals will maximize their potential to enhance their athletic engine.We train everyone like an athlete.

Inner Circle–A year-round wellness program. Participants will enjoy all elements of fitness including strength, endurance, cardio and improvement in body composition. This class utilizes the most modern, scientific approaches to keep you healthy.

Kick Boxing - Hi energy and fun, you will sweat like never before, attack body fat and condition your body to its peak performance, an essential class.

TRX & More – 1 hour of functional strength & conditioning using TRX, kettle bells & MORE!

Yoga – A soothing blend of breathing and flowing movements designed for all skill levels. This one hour class will help you release stress while increasing flexibility and strength.
